WONDERWORLD GROUP
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to WonderWorld, AirThrill and Electric Thrill, collectively referred to as the WonderWorld Group. By making a booking or participating in activities at any WonderWorld Group venue, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The WonderWorld Group reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers are advised to review the latest version prior to making a booking.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1 Bookings and Admission
1.1.1 A booking shall only be deemed confirmed once a confirmation email has been issued by the WonderWorld Group. It is the responsibility of the customer to review all booking details and notify us of any errors as soon as possible.

1.1.2 Customers are required to arrive in good time for their session. Late arrivals may result in reduced participation time and, in some circumstances, may not be permitted to participate. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

1.1.3 The WonderWorld Group reserves the right to refuse admission or remove individuals or groups where it is reasonably believed that their presence may cause damage, harm or distress to other guests, staff or the facilities. The decision of the Duty Manager in such circumstances is final.

1.2 Participation and Waiver Requirements
1.2.1 All participants must complete a valid Waiver Form prior to taking part in any activities which involve trampolines, inflatables or any other higher-risk equipment at any WonderWorld Group venue, including within WonderWorld, AirThrill and Electric Thrill locations where such activities are present. Access to these activities will not be permitted without a valid Waiver Form.

1.2.2 For participants under the age of 18, or those lacking capacity, the Waiver Form must be completed by a parent, guardian or responsible adult, who accepts responsibility for the participant.

1.2.3 Participation in any activities at a WonderWorld Group venue is undertaken at the individual’s own risk. All participants must ensure they are physically fit and capable of taking part. If there is any doubt regarding fitness or ability to participate, medical advice should be sought prior to attending.

1.3 Health and Safety
1.3.1 Activities provided by the WonderWorld Group, including trampolining and inflatable-based activities, involve inherent risks. Misuse or failure to follow safety guidance may result in serious injury or, in extreme cases, death.

1.3.2 All participants are required to watch the relevant safety briefing and adhere to all rules on every visit. Safety information is available both onsite and via our website.

1.3.3 Participants must remain within their own abilities at all times. The maximum weight limit for participation on trampolines and inflatables is 110kg (17.3 stone), in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

1.3.4 Participation is not recommended for individuals with certain medical conditions, including but not limited to heart, lung or circulatory conditions, high blood pressure, recent surgery, back or neck problems, musculoskeletal injuries or head injuries. Individuals who are pregnant are not allowed to participate.

1.4 Equality and Accessibility
1.4.1 The WonderWorld Group is committed to operating in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 and aims to provide an inclusive environment for all guests.

1.4.2 While we strive to ensure that all customers can enjoy our facilities, certain restrictions may apply where necessary to ensure the safety of all participants.

1.4.3 Reasonable adjustments will be considered where possible. All venues are equipped with accessible facilities, and carers are welcome to attend and assist those in their care. Staff receive training to support customers with additional needs.

1.4.4 Where participation restrictions are necessary, these are implemented solely on the grounds of health and safety and are based on current medical guidance and risk assessments.

1.5 Supervision and Conduct
1.5.1 Children under the age of 14 and individuals requiring assistance must be supervised by a parent, guardian or responsible adult at all times. Supervising adults must remain onsite for the duration of the visit. WonderWorld Group staff are not responsible for supervising children or individuals requiring care.

1.5.2 Participants must wear appropriate clothing and, where applicable, approved grip socks. Jewellery, belts and loose items must be removed prior to participation, and pockets must be emptied. Mobile phones must not be used while engaging in activities.

1.5.3 Any individual found to be acting in an aggressive, abusive or unsafe manner, or causing wilful damage to facilities, may be removed from the premises and may be held liable for any resulting damage.

1.6 Personal Property and Liability
1.6.1 All personal belongings are brought onto the premises at the owner’s risk.

1.6.2 The WonderWorld Group accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property.

1.6.3 Vehicles parked at our venues are also left at the owner’s risk.

1.7 Cancellations, Refunds and Changes
1.7.1 Individual (general) bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

1.7.2 Customers may request to reschedule an individual booking provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given prior to the scheduled activity time. Rescheduling is permitted once only per booking , is subject to availability and must be for the same venue. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the booking will not be accommodated.

1.7.3 Event bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be rescheduled.

1.7.4 No refunds will be provided where a participant chooses not to participate, fails to attend, is refused participation on safety grounds, or is asked to cease participation.

1.7.5 WonderWorld Group reserves the right to cancel or amend bookings where necessary. In such circumstances, reasonable efforts will be made to notify customers as soon as possible, and a rescheduled date or refund will be offered where appropriate. No additional compensation shall be payable.

1.7.6 Where events occur outside of our control which prevent us from delivering the booked activity, customers may be offered an alternative date or a credit note or gift voucher for use at the same venue.

1.7.7 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where applicable.

1.7.8 Bookings made using gift vouchers are non-refundable.

1.7.9 Party bookings are subject to separate Party Terms and Conditions, which include specific cancellation and amendment policies.

2. GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2.1 Gift Vouchers may be purchased online or at any WonderWorld Group venue and may be redeemed against general admission, party bookings or café purchases.

2.2 Gift Vouchers may be used in conjunction with other payment methods, including cash or card, and multiple vouchers may be used in a single transaction. However, vouchers are only valid at the venue from which they were purchased.

2.3 Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

2.4 Gift Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.

2.5 The WonderWorld Group is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.

2.6 All Gift Vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months of the date of purchase.

Party Terms and Conditions

3. PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
3.1 Contract Formation

3.1.1 A contract for a party booking is formed when written confirmation is issued by the WonderWorld Group.

3.1.2 By making a booking, the organiser agrees to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all participants.

3.2 Payment and Pricing
3.2.1 A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure the Party Booking.

3.2.2 The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 5 days prior to the Party Booking date.

3.2.3 The WonderWorld Group reserves the right to cancel the Party Booking if the remaining balance is not paid within this timeframe.

3.2.4 All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

3.2.5 Prices may change from time to time but will not affect confirmed bookings.

3.3 Party Requirements
3.3.1 All party bookings are subject to a minimum of ten children, including the birthday child.

3.3.2 Maximum capacity will depend on the specific venue and party package selected.

3.3.3 The minimum age for participation in parties at Airthrill venues is five years

3.3.4 The organiser is responsible for confirming final guest numbers at least five days prior to the event.

3.4 Additional Guests
3.4.1 If you are unsure of the final number of guests attending, you should provide the minimum or expected number of guests at the time of booking and notify your venue directly as soon as final numbers are confirmed.

3.4.2 No refunds will be given for non-attending guests within 5 days of the Party Booking date or on the day of the party.

3.4.3 Additional guests must be notified at least five days in advance and are subject to availability.

3.4.4 Where additional guests attend without prior notice, they may be charged at the full applicable rate or refused entry if capacity limits are reached.

3.5 Party Forms and Catering
3.5.1 The organiser must complete all required party documentation, including dietary requirements and food preferences, no later than five days before the event.

3.5.2 Failure to do so will result in the assumption that no special requirements apply.

3.5.3 Any food brought onto the premises, including birthday cakes, must be accompanied by clear allergen information where appropriate.

3.6 Discounts and Offers
3.6.1 All discounts and promotional offers are subject to availability and must be paid in full at the time of booking.

3.6.2 Offers may be subject to expiry dates and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

3.7 Cancellations and Rescheduling
3.7.1 A full refund will only be issued where a Party Booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the original booking being made, provided that the Party Booking date is not within 14 days of the cancellation request.

3.7.2 Canceling any Party Booking more than 48 hours after the booking has been made, but less than 4 weeks before the Party Booking date (and not re-scheduling the party), will result in the forfeit of the deposit.

3.7.3 A minimum of fourteen days’ notice is required to reschedule a Party Booking.

3.7.4 Rescheduled parties are subject to availability and must take place within six weeks of the original booking date.

3.7.5 Where a Party Booking is due to take place within fourteen days, any request to reschedule will be at the sole discretion of the venue manager.

3.7.6 If you choose to cancel a Party Booking within fourteen days of the Party Booking date, no refund will be provided.

3.7.7 Cancellation of your party providing less than 24 hours’ notice will be referred to the site Manager, who will reserve the right to offer an alternative party date. No refund will be given.

3.7.8 No refunds will be issued for guests who fail to attend on the day.

3.7.9 All cancellation and rescheduling requests are assessed based on the original Party Booking date and not any subsequently rescheduled date.

3.8 Party Extras
3.8.1 All party extras must be requested and paid for no later than five days prior to the event.

3.8.2 The WonderWorld Group reserves the right to refuse late requests.

3.9 Organiser Responsibilities
3.9.1 The organiser is responsible for ensuring that all guests arrive on time, have completed waivers where applicable and adhere to all venue rules.

3.9.2 The organiser must also ensure that all children are collected promptly at the end of the party.

3.9.3 Any additional children or siblings not included in the party booking will be charged at the standard admission rate.

3.10 Venue Policies
3.10.1 The WonderWorld Group reserves the right to make operational changes, including reallocating party areas or restricting access to certain equipment where necessary.

3.10.2 The use of certain items, including helium balloons or hazardous materials, may be restricted depending on the venue.

3.11 Feedback and Complaints
3.11.1 Following the event, the organiser may be contacted for feedback.

3.11.2 Any complaints should be directed to customerservice@wonderworldgroup.co.uk
in the first instance.

3.12 Amendments
3.12.1 The WonderWorld Group reserves the right to amend Party Terms and Conditions at any time.

3.12.2 Updated versions will be made available prior to booking.
