We understand delays can happen, but we operate on scheduled sessions. If you arrive late, it will reduce your allocated play time, so we recommend arriving early to make the most of it.
Parking is available at all WonderWorld venues; however, spaces may be limited. Parking charges apply at certain locations and are managed externally. WonderWorld does not manage parking facilities and cannot be held responsible for any parking fees or fines.
Yes, all of our venues are wheelchair accessible. Our venues are fitted with lifts and ramps where required.
Yes, we do have accessible parking spaces available; however, these are subject to availability. All guests are responsible for displaying a valid Blue Badge when using these spaces. WonderWorld accepts no responsibility for fines incurred by vehicles not displaying a valid badge. We kindly ask guests to use these spaces only if needed so they remain available for those who require them. Parking is at your own risk.

You do not need to book in advance; however, it is strongly recommended to secure your space and avoid disappointment on the day. Customers can book online through our website: www.wonderworldsoftplay.co.uk.
Yes, we accept walk-in bookings; however, we advise booking in advance to secure your slot.
Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive a QR code and booking confirmation via email. You can add this to your Google/Apple Wallet or use the booking reference number at the desk. If you don’t receive an email confirmation, please check your junk folder.
In line with our safeguarding policies, all guests must have a valid booking to enter the venue, whether pre-booked or made on arrival. Our premises are secure, and entry is restricted to booked guests only.
General bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
If you need to change your booking, they may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling is not available within 24 hours of your booking.
You can reschedule your booking at any time before this window by using the “Manage My Booking” option on our website, or by contacting our customer service team who will be happy to assist you.
Refunds are not available for guests who do not attend.
Gift cards can only be redeemed at the venue of purchase.
We do not currently offer an NHS/Blue Light discount.
Pricing is based on Peak (weekends and school holidays) and Off-Peak (weekdays/term time). Ticket prices also vary between age groups.
WonderWorld reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals or groups where admission may cause damage, harm, or distress to others or the facility. The Duty Manager’s decision is final. This policy ensures the safety and well-being of all guests and staff.
Your personal information is required to process and manage your booking. All booking information is held securely within our cloud-based system and is used solely for administering the activity, in line with GDPR regulations.
Go-karts and train rides are included within your entry price. Please note, Kirkcaldy and East Kilbride have different attractions available.
Our sessions are 2 hours long.
Special gripper socks are not required; however, socks must be worn at all times, and bare feet are not permitted. WonderWorld branded socks are available to purchase at reception.
For the safety of you and your unborn child, participation is not permitted. You are very welcome to attend the venue as a spectator.
We recommend wearing light, comfortable, stretchy clothing or activewear to get the most out of your experience. Long-sleeved tops and trousers are also recommended to help avoid friction burns.
Children are reminded of the rules of play throughout the venue. Any rule breaches will result in reminders from staff, and serious breaches may be escalated to the manager and guardian.
Yes, there is an age restriction for the Volcano Slide. Children must be aged 5 or over to use this attraction. Adults are not permitted. Please note, WonderWorld Perth does not have a Volcano Slide.
Yes! Our play frame is designed to support both adults and children. If entering the soft play, please remove your shoes and wear socks.
Of course! Glasses can be worn; however, they are worn at your own risk as loose items may fall off during play.
For safety reasons, personal devices cannot be charged on-site. All appliances must be PAT tested, and our sockets are secured.

We have a well-stocked café serving food and refreshing beverages throughout the day. Food and drink are not permitted in the soft play. Exceptions include baby food, allergen requirements, and water in reusable bottles.

Parties cancelled within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund. After this, parties can be rescheduled with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability.
