Gift Voucher Terms

• Gift Vouchers can be purchased online or at a Wonder World Soft Play locations, but can only be used at the venue it is purchased from.
• Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against General Admission, Parties or Purchases at our Café at one of our Wonder World Soft Play locations.
• You can combine Gift Vouchers with other payment methods (cash or card).
• Multiple Gift Vouchers can be used at the same admission time, but can only be used at the venue it is purchased from.
• One Gift Voucher can be used for multiple children.
• Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.
• We are not responsible for any lost or stolen Gift Vouchers.
• Gift Cards must be used within 12 months of when they were purchased.
