Yes, in accordance with the latest government guidelines all customers and staff over the age of 5 years must wear a face covering while moving around the building with the exception of eating , drinking or playing on the play equipment. The only exceptions are those 5 years old and under or those with an exemption card.
Customers will be required to have their temperature checked as a condition of entry. On arrival, you will have your temperature checked using a handheld infrared non-contact thermometer or using our thermal cameras. We do not record the temperature reading. If your temperature is over 37.8 degrees you and the other guests in your party will unfortunately not be allowed to enter the venue. In this circumstance a refund would be issued.
A one-way system has been implemented throughout and immediately outside the building demarcated by arrows and barriers. We have floor markings to ensure guests remain 2 meters apart whilst queueing and our seating areas have been adjusted to accommodate social distancing measures. For this reason, we must request that guests do not move tables and chairs. Whilst in the play frame, social distancing will be easier as we have less people in our venues.
Our staff have received additional training with regards to COVID 19 hygiene. They have their temperature taken and sign a COVID declaration before every shift. Staff are provided with face masks and work behind Perspex screens where possible. Social distancing and a one -way system is in place in all staff areas as well as the main arena.
You will see some changes to certain high contact areas of the park for example removal of foam pits and ball pools
Yes- we are undertaking an enhanced cleaning regimen and frequent touch points and equipment are sanitised at regular intervals throughout the day. We are using a commercial “fogger” containing a biocide that kills bacteria and forms a protective film over equipment to sanitise our play equipment on top of our regular cleaning routine.
Our toilets are all equipped with antibacterial handwash and we have hand santising stations throughout Wonderworld that are refilled throughout the course of the day. We ask that all guests hand sanitise before entering the venue and again at the play frame. Hand sanitiser will be available at all access points to the play frame.
Yes our café is open and we would prefer a contactless payment method be used whenever possible.
