Rules of play at Wonderworld

Experience Wonder World to the fullest!

At Wonder World, we are committed to ensuring that all our guests have an amazing time in a safe and enjoyable environment. To guarantee the safety and fun of everyone at Wonder World, all children must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over while on site.

• Accompanying adults play a crucial role in supervising their children, as they are solely responsible for their well-being during their visit. Please remember that the supervision of children is the responsibility of the accompanying adult, not Wonder World staff.

• For hygiene reasons, shoes must be removed before entering the play areas, and socks MUST be worn at all times by both adults and children. Don’t worry if you forget your socks; they are available for purchase at our reception desk.

• For safety reasons, children under the age of 5 and adults are not permitted to use the Volcano slide. This has the age restriction of 5-12years.

• Before entering the play areas, please remove all jewellery.

• Soft play equipment should be used as intended, such as sliding down slides instead of climbing up them and ensuring that you slide down in accordance with the instruction and never slide head first.

• Wonder World recommend avoiding Nylon/Synthetic clothing as this material is suspectable for friction burns/tearing coming down the slides. This includes Football tops and sportswear.

• Wonder World will not accept any liability for damaged clothing

• To maintain a clean and safe environment, no food or drink, including chewing gum, is allowed in the soft play area.

• Avoid throwing toys, balls, or any soft play accessories, and refrain from bringing sharp objects into the playframe.

• No climbing on the nets enclosing the soft play. Please adhere to the instructions provided by Wonder World staff, especially those related to customer safety.

• Smoking and vaping, as well as being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, is strictly prohibited on the premises.

• Children with contagious illnesses should not enter Wonder World to prevent the spread of infection.

• Physical altercations and the use of abusive language of any kind are not tolerated under any circumstances.

• Wonder World staff reserve the right to remove any children or adults who jeopardise the safety of others.

• Wonder World reserve the right to refuse entrance, for example when the site is at full capacity.

• If you have any concerns with other visitors at Wonder World please raise them with a member of staff.

• Only food purchased in Wonder World may be consumed in Wonder World with the exception of baby food.

• Go-Karts and The Wonder World Express Train require under 5s to always be accompanied by an adult.

• Customers are allocated a 2-hour time slot and are requested to leave at the end of the session to allow new customers to enter the premises.

• The toddler/baby area is strictly for children under 5 years old. Children over 5 will be asked to leave unless deemed to be supervising a younger sibling.
