We booked Wonder World soft play for my daughter’s 4th Birthday Party. The staff were very helpful while making enquiries and placing the booking. 
On the day of the party we had fantastic service at all times and Erin, our party host, was really lovely. There was plenty food for the children (enough that the parents could have a nibble too), the children had lots of play time in the soft play as well as a visit from a character.

So I had my sons party in wonder world softplay on the 11/08/17 and I couldn't have been any happier with how everything went. The party host Louise. Some Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How does payment work?

A: We take a 50% deposit when you make your booking, with the rest being paid 48 hours before the party.

Q: What if we don’t know how many people will attend?

A: When you make your booking let us know how many children you think will be attending, we can sort the final number out when the remainder of the payment is taken 48 hours before the party. Any extra guests on the day that we aren’t informed of prior will be charged £19.95 each.

 

 

Q: Do you need to pay for adults attending the party?

A: No, adults don’t need to pay when attending a party.

 

Q: What food is included in the party deal?

A: Our hot and cold feast features delicious freshly made pizza, tasty sandwiches and selection of snack food, perfect for keeping hungry party goers running around! However, if you have certain dietary needs we will do our best to accommodate this. Speak to our management team as early as possible and our kitchen team will look into some tasty alternatives.

 

Q: I’m a member, how to do I claim my 10% discount?

A: Currently we can only honour this discount on parties booked in store, or over the phone.

 

Q: Can I bring my own cake?

A: Yes! We don’t supply birthday cakes, so please feel free to bring one. Speak to your party host about our cake lightning ceremony.

 

 

Q: Can I bring decorations for the party room?

A: All of our party rooms are decorated and have tables, chairs, cutlery etc but if you’d like to bring more decorations you can. All we ask is that anything you bring is attached to doors etc. and not where it will damage the painted walls. We also do not allow balloons on site as if these escape they can float off and activate our fire safety systems which would require the site be emptied and reset.

Q: What is a Wonder World party like?

A: While our party packages to vary, all of our parties are great fun! Each venue has a selection of packages available, so check with your local venue and remember that you can add on extra’s to your booking to make sure you get just the day you want. All of our parties are led by a dedicated party host, have their own private party room and access to our amazing soft play!

Q: How many children can attend a party?

A: Our smallest parties cater for a minimum of 10 children, and are largest are for up 60 guests! This is dependent on which of our venues you are attending, and which package you are purchasing. If you’d like to have an even larger party you can hire Wonder World for exclusive use of our facilities, and a party that make a huge impression! Speak to your local site for more information on this, and to arrange a time and date that suits you and our venue.

 

Q: How about cancellations and refunds?

A: If you wish to cancel your party less than four weeks before it is due to happen will result in the forfeit of your initial 50% deposit. However, we can usually reschedule your party for a date or time that may suit you better and will always be happy to try and find a new slot that works better for you.

 

 

 

Q: Rescheduling a party?

A: If you let us know 14 days before the party we’ll be more than happy to reschedule your party for a different day or time, depending on availability. If less than 14 days notice are provided an extra fee may be attached to your party booking and depending on how busy we are we may not be able to accommodate your new time/date.
