Can I add guests after the initial booking?
Yes! Guest numbers can be amended up until 5 days before the party date via the ‘Manage Booking’ section on our website.
What food is included in the party package?
Our party food is served buffet-style and includes cheese pizza, chips, and ham and/or cheese sandwiches.
What party upgrades do you offer?
We offer WonderWorld sweetie bags, refillable slushies, mascots, and deluxe party bags as upgrades.
Can I pay a deposit for my party and when would full payment be due?
Party bookings can be secured with a 50% deposit, with full payment due 5 days prior to the party booking date.
Can I pay for my party with cash?
Yes, cash payments are accepted at your chosen venue.
Can I change my party food choice?
Yes, changes to party food choices can be made with at least 48 hours’ notice.
If some of my guests don’t attend my party, can I get a refund?
As we cater and staff based on confirmed numbers, refunds are not available for guests who do not attend.
Do you provide invitations?
WonderWorld party invitations are included in your confirmation email and are available to download, print, or send electronically.
Is the birthday child included in the total party numbers?
Yes, the birthday child is included in the total number of party guests.
Can I put up decorations in my party area?
Decorations can be added to tables, including bunting and air-filled balloons (no helium). Wall decorations are not permitted to protect the venue.
Can I bring my own birthday cake?
Yes, you can bring your own birthday cake. Please ensure it is nut-free and that allergen information is provided.
Do you provide candles/lighters?
Candles should be brought with you. Our team will assist with lighting them but cannot provide lighters.
Can I bring candles for a birthday cake?
Yes, standard candles are allowed; sparkler candles are not permitted due to fire risk.
Can my guests eat the birthday cake within the venue?
Due to allergen policies, birthday cake cannot be consumed within the venue. Your party host can cut and package it for you to take home.
Can I reduce/increase the number of guests on my booking?
Yes you can increase or decrease the number of guests attending your party up until 5 days before the event subject to the minimum and maximum numbers for the party package you have reserved. Please note full payment for any additional guests must be made 5 days prior to the party.
What drinks are provided at parties?
Party drinks include jugs of water, diluted blackcurrant, and diluted orange.
A child in the party has strict allergies. Can I bring my own food for them?
Yes, please include allergy information on your party form and inform your party host on arrival.
What is included in the standard party bags?
Our standard party bags include a colouring book, crayons, a fidget toy, and a slinky.
What is included in the deluxe party bags?
Our deluxe party bags come in a reusable branded drawstring bag and include additional items, subject to availability.
What mascots do you have available?
Mascot availability varies by venue—please ask for details.
How long do we get in the party room?
With the Out of this WonderWorld party package, you will have 30 minutes in your party room.
What is your party cancellation policy?
Parties cancelled within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund. After this, parties can be rescheduled with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability.
