Rules of play at Wonderworld

At WonderWorld we want all our guests to have a great time whilst remaining safe. Here are some pointers so you know what to expect at our venues:-

• All children must be accompanied on site by a responsible adult (aged 18 or over).
• Accompanying adults are solely responsible for supervising their children and this is not the responsibility of WonderWorld staff.
• SOCKS & SHOES – for hygiene reasons, shoes must be removed before entering the play areas and socks MUST be worn at all times by adults and children. If you do not have socks, these are available to purchase at our reception.
• Jewellery should be removed before entering the softplay.
• The soft play equipment is to be used in the intended manner, i.e. slides are to be slid down, not climbed up.
• No food or drinks are to be taken into the soft plays, this includes chewing gum.
• No throwing toys, balls or other softplay accessories.
• No sharp objects, scissors, badges etc, in the soft play.
• No climbing on the nets that enclose the soft play.
• Follow all instructions given by WonderWorld staff, particularly those relating to customer safety.
• Strictly no smoking or adults under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Children with contagious illnesses should not enter WonderWorld.
• Absolutely no arguing, abusive language or fighting of any kind. WonderWorld staff reserve the right to remove children or adults who are putting others in danger.
• Long sleeved tops and trousers are recommended when playing in the soft play and MUST be worn when using slides to prevent friction burns or injury.
• WonderWorld reserve the right to refuse entrance, for example if the site is at capacity.
• If you have any issues with other visitors at WonderWorld, please raise them with a staff member. Do not try to resolve them yourself.
• Baby changing facilities are provided and should be used when needed.
• No outside food has to be consumed in WonderWorld (with the exception of baby food or milk).
• Customers get allotted a 2 hour period of play at WonderWorld.
• WonderWorld is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.
• The volcano is not be used by children under 5 or adults. Go karts require under 5s to be accompanied by an adult.
• The toddler & baby soft play areas are strictly for children under 5. Children over the age of 5 will be asked to leave unless deemed to be supervising a younger sibling.
• No phones or cameras are allowed on the activity equipment.
